It was a notable get-together for a number of reasons, including presenters who were extremely knowledgeable and understanding of both the potential of social media, and of the realities that must be faced both externally and internally in its use by a highly regulated industry like the medical products industry.

Delegate Conference Sales

ExL Pharma ("ExL") is looking for driven professionals to be Delegate Salespeople responsible for the sales effort that helps generate conference attendees. This entails telemarketing and electronic outreach to various audiences including pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, government and academic. ExL creates and hosts conference events covering a range of topic areas relevant to pharmaceutical and allied healthcare industries.

The candidates who get interviewed are driven sales professionals with background in sales/telemarketing or recent college grads who are interested to increase compensation through commission, develop communication and sales skills and learn about the conferencing industry. Candidates must be personable, proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, database programs and have strong communication, organizational and relationship-building skills.

Primary work hours are 9-5 in a supportive and team-oriented work environment. Benefits can include up to three weeks vacation, medical, dental and 401K with company match. Opportunity for commission can increase total compensation significantly.
